Officials said Moscow would continue what it described as systematic attacks on "military targets" in Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities, AFP reported.
The warning comes after weeks of intensified Russian attacks on the Ukrainian capital, with drone strikes reported almost daily.
On Saturday morning, Moscow attacked Kyiv’s Northern Bridge, a day after Russian drones struck the Southern Bridge, disrupting traffic and metro services.
Russia issued a similar warning in May.
At the time, 50 countries, in a joint statement under the auspices of the United Nations, described it as "threats."
Western diplomatic missions remained in Kyiv.
Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry on Friday denied reports that Western embassies were preparing to relocate to Lviv or Poland, saying no foreign diplomatic mission had notified Ukrainian authorities of such plans.
The latest Russian warning comes amid concerns over continued attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure and the country’s metal industry ahead of winter.
Ukraine has also been carrying out strikes inside Russia, targeting oil refineries and storage facilities, as well as the centres of e-commerce companies Wildberries and Ozon.
