The annual conference, first held in 2014, is a major international gathering focused on security. It is organised by the Casimir Pulaski Foundation, a Warsaw-based think tank.
This year's participants included Oleksandr Danilyuk, a former Ukrainian finance minister who also served as secretary of the country's National Security and Defence Council.
Danilyuk now heads Netherlands-based defence and aerospace company Destinus.
