The working-level negotiations will take place on 10-11 November, Witkoff said on X, calling them another step in Trump’s push to end the war.
He added that they "will focus on post-war security arrangements, de-escalation, humanitarian efforts, and next steps toward peace."
Before that, US negotiators will meet representatives of France, Germany, the UK, the EU and NATO in Brussels this week.
Those talks would cover "security guarantees for Ukraine, Europe’s post-war security architecture, and economic opportunities to support Ukraine’s reconstruction."
Witkoff also said Washington hoped to build on progress made in Kyiv, Oslo and St Petersburg and to reach a "comprehensive and durable" peace agreement.
The last round of three-way talks between Russia, Ukraine and the US took place in February, weeks before the US and Israel went to war with Iran.
On 21 October, Russian President Vladimir Putin agreed to resume peace negotiations with Kyiv with US involvement, following stepped-up diplomacy by the White House.
This included Witkoff’s meetings with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and the leaders of Norway and Finland in Oslo, followed by talks with Putin in St Petersburg.
