The updated proposal, discussed with European partners, includes “some new ideas” concerning Ukrainian territories and oversight of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant.

The move comes after Ukraine rejected an earlier U.S.-drafted plan that largely reflected Russian demands, including significant territorial concessions.

Kyiv’s revised plan signals a renewed effort to outline conditions for a negotiated settlement while safeguarding key national assets and sovereignty.

Officials have not disclosed the full details of the proposal, and it remains unclear how the U.S. and European allies will respond.

Ukrainian leaders emphasize that any peace agreement must respect the country’s territorial integrity and security requirements.
