Zelensky said he hoped the documents could be signed on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos next week.
US President Donald Trump said earlier this week that he may meet Zelensky at the conference, the Reuters news agency reported.
Trump said on Wednesday that Russia was ready for a peace deal and described Zelensky as an obstacle to peace, an assessment that contrasts sharply with the views of Ukraine's European allies.
Zelensky rejected that view on Friday, accusing Russia of deliberately stalling peace efforts and pointing to recent strikes on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure as evidence of Moscow’s intentions.
"Each of these strikes on our energy sector and our cities quite clearly shows Russia’s real interests and intentions: they are not interested in agreements, but in the further destruction of Ukraine," Zelensky wrote on social media.
