Zelensky said Ukraine would comply with the terms of an energy ceasefire if Russia agreed to do the same.

He appealed to European and world leaders for support.

Zelensky told the Warsaw Security Forum that Russian drones attacked Ukrainian factories and petrol stations overnight, while Russian oil refineries were not burning.

He said working groups were repairing damage caused during the night and accused Russia of violating the ceasefire terms discussed by US President Donald Trump.

Zelensky said Ukraine was waiting for talks between the United States and Russia and for Washington to decide what concrete steps to take.

He thanked Trump for the initiative and said Kyiv was ready to sign additional guarantees if the United States considered them necessary.

Zelensky said increasing numbers of jet-powered Shahed drones had been entering Ukrainian airspace, including over Kyiv and other cities.

He said many had been shot down and that strikes on their intended targets could have caused even more serious damage to critical infrastructure.

He described the attacks as Putin's response to Trump's proposals and accused Russia of lacking goodwill.

Zelensky also referred to Ukrainian drone strikes on Russian data centres in recent days.

He told the conference that after Ukrainian strikes hit Russian tech giant Yandex, social media platforms became noticeably quieter, with fewer divisive posts, disinformation, provocations and Russian bots.
