"Thank you, Mr. President, for a successful meeting," Nawrocki wrote on the social media platform X, posting a photograph of himself with Trump.
The meeting took place without media access, and no details were immediately available, Polish state news agency PAP reported.
Earlier in the day, Trump addressed forum participants and met with Swiss President Guy Parmelin.
Nawrocki, meanwhile, attended a panel discussion on European security, saying that tensions with the United States over Greenland must not divert global attention from Russia's war in Ukraine.
Nawrocki was one of six leaders scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with Trump during the gathering, according to reports.
Later on Wednesday, the US president was set to meet Belgian Prime Minister Bart De Wever and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sissi.
The start of Trump's meeting with el-Sissi was open to the media, the PAP news agency reported.
Trump was also expected to meet NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte later on Wednesday and to hold talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Thursday.
Wednesday’s meeting between Nawrocki and Trump in Davos was their first face-to-face conversation since the Polish president’s visit to the White House in September last year.
