Plane evacuated at Warsaw airport after bomb alert, no explosives found

A Turkish Airlines plane was evacuated at Warsaw's Chopin airport on Sunday after a call warning a bomb may be on board, but no explosives were found.

Over 100 people, including the crew, were ordered to leave the aircraft, which had flown in from Istanbul. It was then checked by explosives experts.

No dangerous items were found after the plane and the baggage were searched, said Dagmara Bielec-Janas, a spokeswoman for border guards.
