Ministry spokesman Paweł Wroński told reporters that Polish embassies in Tehran and Tel Aviv were "safe, operating normally and closely monitoring the situation," adding that "there are currently no grounds" to evacuate Polish citizens.
"I appeal to everyone planning to travel to that area to refrain from going," Wroński said, noting recent cases of Poles booking cheap trips to war-risk zones.
If conditions warrant, "appropriate decisions will be taken," he added.
Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski earlier said he had spoken with Ambassador Marcin Wilczek in Tehran and confirmed the safety of Polish diplomats.
Israel said its strikes targeted Iranian nuclear facilities after accusing the country of advancing toward nuclear weapons capability.
Iranian media reported the attacks hit a key uranium-enrichment plant.
Israel later said that Iranian drones heading toward its territory were intercepted over Saudi Arabia and Syria.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned the operation could last many days, while Saudi Arabia condemned the raid as a breach of international law.
