Kraków Airport reopens after Enter Air jet skids off runway

Kraków Airport resumed flights before 1 a.m. Monday after an Enter Air plane arriving from Antalya left the runway on Sunday, all passengers were evacuated and unhurt, the airport said.

Operations had been halted following the incident, with departures paused and inbound flights diverted.

At 00:40, traffic to and from Kraków Airport restarted, but the effects of the hours-long closure may still be felt on Monday.

The airport urged passengers to track updates from their carriers, it said on platform X.

Poland’s State Commission for Aircraft Accident Investigation worked at the scene.
