The two Boeing 737 aircraft landed at Warsaw's Okęcie airport after 3 a.m. local time, carrying 109 people.
The evacuees had travelled by coach from Dubai to Muscat in Oman, before flying back to Poland on what was described as a medical transport mission – a journey that began the previous day at 5:40 a.m.
The operation was carried out by the Polish Air Force in cooperation with the Prime Minister's Office, the foreign and defence ministries and the National Security Bureau (BBN), as well as the authorities of the United Arab Emirates and Oman.
The military said it remains on standby for further evacuations, with the situation in the region under continuous monitoring.
The airlift comes amid an ongoing armed conflict in the Middle East that has been under way since February 28, when the United States and Israel launched a military campaign against Iran, triggering a wave of retaliatory strikes.
The Polish foreign ministry said earlier this week that 11 civilian flights had already brought 2,263 passengers back from the region.
National carrier LOT has also launched return flights from Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
