Polish MEPs want Nord Stream 2 pipeline scrapped

Many MEPs called for the cancellation of the planned Nord Stream 2 pipeline, a contested gas link from Russia to Germany.

“It is time to stop Putin's impunity. It is time to impose broader sectoral sanctions. Let’s start with stopping Nord Stream 2,” said Polish lawmaker Anna Fotyga.
