Their main role will be to support Polish tourists abroad while working alongside local Croatian and Bulgarian forces.

This cooperation, enabled by international agreements and invitations from Croatian and Bulgarian police chiefs, will see officers from various regions of Poland representing their home garrisons. They will also liaise closely with Polish diplomatic and consular staff in Zagreb and Sofia.

The officers will serve as “ambassadors” of the Polish police, running Info Points to promote safe holiday practices and providing tourists with essential guidance on avoiding accidents, including safety tips for water sports, diving, snorkeling, and fire prevention.

This partnership builds on a highly regarded history of effective collaboration between law enforcement and diplomatic efforts.
