Speaking in Washington on Thursday, Trump said contributors included Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, the United Arab Emirates, Morocco, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan and Kuwait.
The meeting came as Trump seeks to bolster his image as a global peacemaker, the Reuters news agency reported.
He said several nations were planning to send thousands of troops to take part in an international stabilisation force intended to help maintain peace in Gaza.
The event had the atmosphere of a campaign rally, with red Trump hats distributed among participants and music from acts including Elvis Presley and the Beach Boys played during the gathering, according to Reuters.
The meeting also took place as the United States has warned of possible military action against Iran and increased its military presence in the region amid tensions over Tehran’s nuclear programme, Reuters said.
The board’s founding membership does not include several key US Western allies, some of which have expressed concern about the scope of the initiative.
Its members are largely Middle Eastern countries, along with leaders from outside the region.
Poland was represented by a senior presidential aide Marcin Przydacz, who participated as an observer, officials said.
Polish President Karol Nawrocki attended the launch of the Board of Peace last month at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
While he was present at the signing ceremony, he did not sign the initiative’s founding charter, Polish media reported.
Trump first proposed the Board of Peace in September when outlining his plan to end Israel’s war in Gaza. He later expanded its mandate beyond Gaza to address other global conflicts.
