Poland – a powerhouse in producing domestic appliances

Poland was the EU’s leading producer of domestic appliances last year, and the forecasts for 2020 are equally optimistic.

There are over 200 million household appliances used daily in Polish homes, and the number is expected to increase to more than 220 million by 2023.

Radio Poland’s Klaudiusz Madeja spoke to Wojciech Konecki, a board member and general director of APPLiA Poland, a branch of a Brussels-based trade association for the home appliance industry in Europe.
