Poland to ease some epidemic restrictions from Feb 1

Shopping malls, museums and art galleries around Poland will be allowed to reopen from Monday in the first step of easing COVID-19 curbs.

But most of the restrictions currently in force will be extended until February 14, Health Minister Adam Niedzielski has announced.

He told reporters that the reopening of shopping malls was a cautious step taken “in order to allow a gradual, very slow return to normality.”
