Poland has set another record for gold sales in 2022, with customers buying a total of about 19 tons of gold bullion products last year. It placed the country in the European top five when it comes to the volume of gold sales.

Similarly, demand for gold on a global scale continues to be very high and is likely to remain so in 2023. Why? For a start, it hedges against inflation as Alex Pawlak, CEO of the Polish chapter of Tavex investment gold dealer, told BALANCE.
