The average gross monthly wage in the first quarter of 2024 was PLN 8,962.28 (EUR 2,113, USD 2,378), the Statistics Poland (GUS) agency said on Friday.
The figure was 5.7 percent up on the final quarter of last year, according to the office.
The state-run statistics agency reported last month that average wages in Poland's corporate sector rose 7.7 percent in March compared with the same month a year earlier.
Meanwhile, inflation in Poland stood at 4.2 percent in year-on-year terms in April, according to a flash estimate released by Statistics Poland at the end of last month.
The country's minimum monthly wage increased to PLN 4,666 (EUR 1,100, USD 1,240) at the start of January, from PLN 4,300 in the second half of 2024.
