Meanwhile, the minimum hourly rate will increase to PLN 31.40 (EUR 7.45, USD 8.75) from January, under regulations published earlier this year in the Dziennik Ustaw official journal.
Poland’s minimum wage rose to PLN 4,666 at the start of this year, from PLN 4,300 at the end of 2024.
The minimum hourly rate currently stands at PLN 30.50, up from PLN 28.10 at the end of last year.
The average gross monthly wage in Poland was PLN 9,078.16 (EUR 2,160, USD 2,530) in November, according to the national statistics office.
