PepsiCo will invest nearly $50 million in a high-bay warehouse in Michrów near Grójec, Central Poland - where the company's factory already operates. A groundbreaking ceremony for the beverage giant's new large-scale investment was held on May 27, 2026.

This is one of the biggest logistics projects currently underway by the company in the country - with the warehouse's capacity equivalent to over a thousand loaded trucks. Additionally, the new magazine has been designed with the possibility of further expansion.

The facility will be fully automated, and a connection to the adjacent beverage factory means that goods will flow directly from the production line to the warehouse shelves.

PepsiCo representatives emphasize that the project's implementation will reduce transshipment and internal transport, while increasing flexibility in responding to changing market conditions.

"The warehouse in Michrów will primarily serve the Polish market, but [...] due to its location, Poland has become a Central European production and logistics hub, which helps us expand our operations into other European countries [...]. An example is the German market, where our presence is expanding, and a large portion of beverages and snacks heading there is produced in Poland."

- PepsiCo's project manager Bartosz Bielicki, told the Newseria agency.

The American beverage giant has been present in Poland for 30 years. During this time, the country's role as a regional manufacturing hub has significantly strengthened. PepsiCo now operates five production plants in the country, directly and indirectly providing approximately 32,000 workplaces.
