Public health authorities said that 11,757 adverse reactions had been reported among those who received the vaccines by Thursday morning.
Meanwhile, a total of 25,956 doses have been wasted in the rollout, according to the Polish health ministry.
As of Thursday, Poland had injected over 16.4 million first doses of COVID-19 vaccines, while almost 12 million people had been fully inoculated, health ministry data showed.
The tally includes two-dose vaccines from Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna and AstraZeneca as well as Johnson & Johnson's one-shot vaccine.
Children aged 12 to 15 have been given the green light to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in Poland as the country ramps up its inoculation campaign.
Poland on Thursday reported 147 new coronavirus infections and 24 more deaths related to COVID-19, bringing the country's total number of cases during the pandemic to 2,879,336 and fatalities to 74,917.
