The event, hosted at the University of Wrocław as part of the ARISS (Amateur Radio on the International Space Station) programme, is one in a series of educational activities accompanying Poland’s IGNIS space mission.

Participants will join workshops, lectures and science demonstrations, culminating in a live radio link with the astronaut.

Questions were selected through a nationwide “Ask the Astronaut” competition. Special guest Piotr Kosek, a science communicator known for his YouTube channel Astrofaza, will discuss Polish experiments being conducted in orbit.

A panel of experts from Poland and the European Space Agency will also explore how space technologies impact everyday life.

The main session, including the ISS connection, is being streamed live on YouTube.
