Public health authorities said that 15,531 adverse reactions had been reported among those who received the vaccines by Tuesday morning.
Meanwhile, a total of 454,439 doses have been wasted in the rollout, according to the Polish health ministry.
As of Tuesday, Poland had injected over 19.7 million first doses of COVID-19 vaccines, while almost 19.4 million people had been fully inoculated, health ministry data showed.
The tally includes two-dose vaccines from Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna and AstraZeneca as well as Johnson & Johnson's one-shot vaccine.
Poland on Tuesday reported 975 new coronavirus infections and 29 more deaths related to COVID-19, bringing the country's total number of cases during the pandemic to 2,904,631 and fatalities to 75,601.
The government last week recommended a booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine for healthcare workers and people over 50. Deputy Health Minister Waldemar Kraska told reporters last Tuesday that the booster shot would be administered at least six months after the second shot.
Earlier this month, people with compromised immune systems were advised to receive a third dose of the vaccine.
