Poland kick off their Euro 2020 group-stage campaign with a fixture against Slovakia on June 14.
The Poles will next take on Spain on June 19 and then play Sweden four days later.
Ahead of the European tournament, which has been rescheduled from last year due to the coronavirus pandemic, Poland will play two friendlies on home turf at the start of next month, taking on Russia on June 1 and then Iceland on June 8.
Poland in late March lost 1-2 to England in their third 2022 World Cup qualifier in London.
The Polish team, under Portuguese manager Paulo Sousa, opened its 2022 World Cup qualifying campaign with a 3-3 away draw with Hungary in Budapest on March 25.
The Poles, captained by star striker Robert Lewandowski, FIFA's world player of the year for 2020, then beat Andorra 3-0 in their second World Cup qualifier at home on March 28.
They will now take on Albania in their next World Cup qualifying fixture at home on September 2.
Poland in 2017 had climbed to No. 5 in the FIFA table, the best result for the Polish team since the world football governing body’s ranking was launched in 1992.
Poland's lowest place in the world rankings was 78th, in 2013.
