World champions Argentina remain at the top of the FIFA rankings, followed by World Cup runners-up France.

Brazil are at No. 3, ahead of England in fourth spot.

Poland this month drew 1-1 with Moldova in its penultimate Euro 2024 qualifier in Warsaw, leaving fans jittery about the team's chances of qualifying for the European tournament next year.

After seven rounds of fixtures, Poland are third in their qualifying Group E, with 10 points, behind Albania and the Czech Republic, having played one match more than its rivals.

The Poles, coached by Michał Probierz, take on the Czech Republic in their last qualifier in Warsaw on November 17.

Poland reached the last 16 of last year's World Cup in Qatar before being eliminated by eventual runners-up France.

Poland's lowest place in the world rankings was 78th, in 2013.
