Lech finished the campaign one point ahead of Raków and 10 points clear of Pogoń Szczecin and Jagiellonia Białystok.
In the final round of matches, the Poznań club—led by Danish coach Niels Frederiksen—secured a 1–0 home win over Piast Gliwice on May 24, while Raków defeated Widzew Łódź 2–1.

Top-flight powerhouse Legia Warsaw, winners of this season's Polish Cup, ended the league campaign in fifth place.
Meanwhile, Puszcza Niepołomice, Stal Mielec and Śląsk Wrocław finished at the bottom of the table and will be relegated from the Polish top division, state news agency PAP reported.
On July 13, Lech and Legia will face off in the national Super Cup, the traditional curtain-raiser to the new season.
Lech and Legia will also represent Poland in European competitions later this year, along with Pogoń and Jagiellonia.
