The announcement came after the Polish Olympic Committee (PKOl) approved the lineup for the Milan-Cortina Games, which will take place from February 6 to 22.
One of the athletes will serve as a reserve, officials said, adding that last-minute changes to the national team are still possible.
Poland will be represented by athletes competing in 12 of the 16 sports on the Olympic programme, with no entries in ice hockey, curling, freestyle skiing or skeleton.
Three-time Olympic ski jumping champion Kamil Stoch and speed skater Natalia Czerwonka, a silver medallist at the 2014 Games, were named flag bearers for the Polish delegation at the opening ceremonies.
Poland sent 57 athletes to the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing and a record 62 to the 2018 Games in Pyeongchang, South Korea.
The Olympic delegation will also include coaches, doctors, physiotherapists, ski technicians and other support staff, the Polish Olympic Committee said.
Poland won one medal at the Beijing Games, finishing 27th in the medals table, alongside Latvia and Estonia.
It claimed two medals at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, placing 20th.
Poland’s best-ever Winter Olympics performance came at the 2014 Games in Sochi, Russia, where it won six medals—four gold, one silver and one bronze.
