British composer Charles Bodman-Rae, the author of a study on Lutosławski, told Radio Poland: "Lutosławski is regarded as a classic figure, like Bartok or Stravinsky. Many composers have written pieces in his memory. I’m one of them. There are also Magnus Lindberg, Steven Stucky, Esa Pekka Salonen … This is a wonderful tribute to the master."
