This year’s lineup promises an exciting mix of international superstars and beloved local artists, ensuring there’s something for everyone.

Open'er Festival

The season starts with the well-established Open'er Festival in Gdynia, on the Baltic coast, running from July 3 to 6 at the former Kossakowo airport.

This year, the festival features rock legends Foo Fighters, who recently released their 11th album.

Other major acts include British-Albanian singer Dua Lipa, rapper Doja Cat, known for her viral hits, and the soulful Hozier.

Festival-goers will also get to enjoy performances by rapper 21 Savage, the innovative Charli XCX, and rock sensations Måneskin. The festival also highlights British soul and indie rock artist Michael Kiwanuka and pop star Sam Smith.

Polish talent is well-represented at Open'er as well, with performances by the Kacperczyk brothers, Kwiat Jabłoni, and trio Łona x Konieczny x Krupa. Other local stars include Margaret, the duo Matylda/Łukasiewicz, OKI, and the popular rap group PRO8L3M.

This blend of international and local acts underscores the festival's diverse appeal.

Warsaw Summer Jazz Days

In the capital, the Warsaw Summer Jazz Days take off at Klub Stodoła from July 4 to 7.

This prestigious jazz festival, run since 1992, will feature performances from 13 Polish and international musicians, including John Zorn with his New Masada Quartet, and the Brian Marsella Trio.

The festival also spotlights innovative local groups such as Jutra, which blends hip-hop, alternative jazz and soul.

Rock on the Swamp, Audioriver

Meanwhile, in Goniądz, in the country's northeast, the Rock on the Swamp festival, happening from July 5 to 6, will see performances from iconic punk bands The Exploited and The Casualties, along with Polish groups like Pidżama Porno and Strachy na Lachy.

The festival pays tribute to the roots of punk rock with a special "Tribute to Siekiera" concert.

For electronic music fans, the 18th edition of the Audioriver Festival in the central city of Łódź, from July 12 to 14, promises a high-energy experience with a lineup featuring DJ sets and live performances from artists across Europe.

The festival concludes with a special Sun/Day event, highlighting various styles of house music.
