Works on implementing Poland's new Civil Defence Act continue - being one of the Defence Minister's priorities

Due to the legislative changes carried out by the previous government, and because some of its legislative work has been left in limbo, Poland does not currently have a valid Civil Defence Act.

In light of both this fact and the uncertain geopolitical situation in the region, the new Defence Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz and other politicians of the new ruling coalition see solving this situation as one of their priorities. Last days brought some further developments in this field.
