Last Thursday in Washington, US President Donald Trump opened the first meeting of the Board of Peace - a body he had set up for overseeing Gaza’s reconstruction.
Palestinians, however, were not invited to the talks.
Palestinian Foreign Affairs Minister, Varsen Aghabekian, recently visited Warsaw to meet her Polish counterpart, Radosław Sikorski. Their talks focused on the Middle East peace process, Polish aid and cooperation with the United Nations.
On the occasion, Polish Radio's Wojciech Cegielski spoke with Palestine's top diplomat - on today's situation in Gaza and on how her government would seek to influence the 'Board of Peace' works.
