British Foreign Secretary James Cleverly unveiled the plan during a visit to Kyiv, the Reuters news agency reported.
While in the Ukrainian capital, Cleverly met with President Volodymyr Zelensky and Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba. He condemned Russia for targeting civilians, hospitals and energy infrastructure across Ukraine, according to Reuters.
"As winter sets in, Russia is continuing to try and break Ukrainian resolve through its brutal attacks on civilians, hospitals and energy infrastructure," Cleverly said. "Russia will fail."
He added: "I have today announced a package of hands-on support for our Ukrainian friends in their fight, from ambulances to crucial support for survivors of the sexual violence carried out by the Russian military."
Cleverly also said, as quoted by Reuters: "I've seen here first-hand how the UK's efforts are helping brave citizens to resist and rebuild. Our support will continue for as long as it takes for this remarkable country to recover."
Britain's new Prime Minister Rishi Sunak made his first visit to Kyiv last weekend and vowed to continue the firm support for Ukraine that Britain provided under his predecessors, Reuters reported.
Britain's government in September pledged to "match or exceed" its 2022 military support to Ukraine next year.
It said at the time that the UK was the second-largest military donor to Ukraine, after the United States, committing £2.3 billion in 2022, according to the gov.uk website.
Friday is day 275 of Russia's war on Ukraine.
