Speaking at a meeting of NATO foreign ministers in Brussels on Wednesday, Blinken said that there is "strong bipartisan support" for Ukraine in the United States, dismissing any notions of fatigue among NATO allies.

Addressing the media, Blinken stated: "Some are questioning whether the United States and other NATO allies should continue to stand with Ukraine as we enter the second winter of Putin's brutality. But the answer here today at NATO is clear, and it is unwavering. We must, and we will continue to support Ukraine."

Blinken highlighted the substantial aid provided by the United States, amounting to approximately USD 77 billion, encompassing humanitarian, financial and military support. He also noted that Washington's European allies have contributed over USD 110 billion in support of Kyiv.

Responding to inquiries about the potential impact of upcoming political changes, particularly with the US presidential election in November 2024, Blinken said: "I heard no sense of fatigue or falling back; on the contrary, there was a determination to continue pressing forward."
