According to RMF FM, the Polish Prime Minister's Office has proposed to cover the costs of the funeral during talks with the families of the two men, who were killed on Tuesday in the tragic incident in the village of Przewodów near the Ukrainian border.
The details of the ceremonies are being kept under wraps for now due to the privacy of the families, RMF FM reported.
One-off allowances have been paid to the families of the deceased. The Polish government has also launched a procedure for granting them special pensions, the broadcaster said.
