According to Ukrainian authorities, Russians deploy guided bombs nearly every day, releasing about 100 of them daily. Once launched from bombers, these bombs can travel several dozen kilometers to reach their targets.

Meanwhile, the President of Ukraine is visiting the United States. During his time there, Zelenskyy toured a Pennsylvania facility that produces 155-mm artillery shells for the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

Josh Shapiro, Governor of Pennsylvania, announced on social media that he welcomed President Zelenskyy to Scranton, where a partnership between Pennsylvania and Zaporizhzhia was established.

He noted that over 160,000 Ukrainians live in Pennsylvania, highlighting the strong connection despite the distance between their capitals. Shapiro expressed optimism about further strengthening these ties in the future.

Ukrainian President also met Senator Bob Casey, and Congressman Matt Cartwright.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed his gratitude for the support and emphasized that both Ukraine and the U.S. agreed to intensify efforts to strengthen their shared power. He also thanked the people of Scranton for warmly welcoming him with the blue and yellow colors of the Ukrainian flag.
