The talks will focus on the outcome of Zelensky's visit to Washington, where he met with US President Donald Trump on Tuesday, Tusk's office said.
"Prime Minister Donald Tusk will meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky this afternoon in Lublin," the office said.
"The discussions will centre on the takeaways from the Ukrainian president's visit to the United States and his meeting with President Donald Trump," it added.
Zelensky visited Washington on Tuesday to attend the funeral of Republican Senator Lindsey Graham and hold talks with US officials and lawmakers.
He later told broadcaster Fox News that Trump had agreed to grant Ukraine a licence to produce Patriot air defence missiles.
"I hope we will launch joint production," Zelensky said.
Patriot systems are considered a key component of Ukraine's air defences against Russian ballistic missiles.
Last week, Polish Deputy Defence Minister Magdalena Sobkowiak-Czarnecka said Warsaw had proposed joint production of Patriot missiles with the United States and Ukraine.
Speaking after meetings with US officials in Washington, Sobkowiak-Czarnecka said she had raised the proposal with her counterparts at the Pentagon and the State Department.
"We proposed trilateral cooperation involving the United States, Ukraine and Poland because the goal is to ensure that this production takes place in a safe location," she said.

She was referring to comments by Trump at last month’s NATO summit in Ankara that Washington was considering establishing a Patriot production facility linked to Ukraine.
Sobkowiak-Czarnecka also said Poland was seeking to host a regional maintenance and servicing hub for Patriot systems, citing the country's expanding defence industry and its strategic position on NATO's eastern flank.
