The minister described the operation as the latest in a series of enforced returns carried out this year.

"In 2025, nearly 900 foreigners have been forcibly deported to third countries by air. There is zero tolerance for those who break the law," Kierwiński reminded.

The initiative took place on Tuesday in cooperation with the 33rd Transport Aviation Base in Powidz, located in central Poland, using a military aircraft.

Prior to the operation, the individuals had been issued administrative orders requiring their return, which were subject to compulsory enforcement, the agency added on X (formerly Twitter).

The mission was executed by officers from the security division and organised by the Foreigners Department of the Border Guard Headquarters.

Officials emphasised that such return operations involve complex, multi-stage planning and close coordination between multiple government agencies.

"These measures are among the most effective tools for preventing illegal migration, safeguarding public order, and discouraging the misuse of migration procedures," the statement said.
