BALANCE Afghan wealth?

After taking over power, the Taliban regained control of natural resources - like copper, gold, oil, natural gas and rare earths - that, according to estimates could be worth up to $3 trillion. Can Europe, Poland and the rest of the world cooperate with Afghanistan on exploring them?
