Polish Radio records documenting first days of WWII on UNESCO register

A collection of historic Polish Radio records from September 1939 and the first days of World War II has just been placed on UNESCO's Memory of the World Register.

A big open-air exhibition highlights the precious items newly included in the national section of the Register, among them a document from the 13th century with a royal seal bearing a crowned white eagle, the first ever image of Poland’s state emblem.
