Szczerski oversaw the creation of the new International Policy Office. He has said the new bureau will work closely with Poland's foreign ministry.

The new office will include a team dealing with issues related to the Polish-led Three Seas Initiative of European countries between the Black, Baltic and Adriatic Seas, state news agency PAP reported.
