The latest jobless figure came in 0.1 percentage point higher than an earlier estimate by the labour ministry.
There were around 797,000 people without jobs across the nation at the end of June, down from 782,800 a month earlier, according to the state-run Statistics Poland (GUS) agency.
The statistics office reported earlier this week that employment in Polish companies dropped by 0.8 percent in June on average in year-on-year terms.
According to the European Union's Eurostat statistics agency, which uses a different methodology, unemployment in Poland stood at 3.3 percent in May, marking one of the lowest rates in the 27-nation bloc.
