Polish charity urges help for Syrian refugees

Polish Humanitarian Action (PAH), a Polish charity, has appealed for aid for Syrian refugees in camps in Idlib province, in the north-west of the country.

Magdalena Foremska from PAH told Radio Poland that hundreds of thousands of people are camping on the Turkish border, which is closed, with the Syrians having nowhere to escape.

People are suffering from a lack of basic commodities, food and medicine.
