His countrymen Kamil Stoch and Piotr Żyła finished in equal fourth place.

The event was won by Germany’s Karl Geiger.

Sunday’s competition saw the same competitors mounting the podium in the same order as on Saturday.

Austria’s Stefan Kraft came second on both days.

The next two World Cup competitions take place next weekend in Titisee-Neustadt, Germany.

Kubacki last Monday became the third Polish ski jumper to claim the overall Four Hills Tournament title after soaring to victory in the final stage of the prestigious annual series in Bischofshofen, Austria.
