International Olympic Committee approves aid for sports amid pandemic

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has approved a USD 800 million aid plan that will cover the costs of the postponement of the Tokyo Olympic Games until the summer of 2021 and support international athletic organizations during the coronavirus pandemic.
