Lewandowski, who plays for Germany’s Bayern Munich, last month won world football’s governing body FIFA’s 2020 Best Men’s Player award, and was named Player of the Year at the Globe Soccer Awards in Dubai.
For 20 year-old Iga Świątek, the AIPS accolade is the highest international honour in her career. She is the winner of the 2020 French Open.
