The Polish team won 3-1 (25-16, 25-13, 18-25, 25-15) in the Pool A group-stage game at Ariake Arena in the Japanese capital on Wednesday.
The game marked Poland’s second victory at the Games, after a 3-2 win against Italy on Monday.
Poland lost 2-3 to Iran in their opening match in Tokyo last week.
The Polish team will next face Japan on Friday.
