Runner Barbara Bieganowska-Zając secured another gold for Poland in the women's T20 1500m, and Natalia Partyka and Karolina Pęk also came out on top in the women's Class 9-10 table tennis team competition.
To cap a memorable day for Poland, Maciej Lepiato claimed bronze in men's T44 high jump.
Kucharczyk, who competes in the T20 category for athletes with intellectual impairments, repeated her success from the 2012 Paralympics in London, and set a new Paralympic record in the process, as she jumped 6.03m, well ahead of Russia's second-placed Aleksandra Ruchkina (5.49m) and Croatia's third-placed Mikela Bistoski (5.46m).
It was Kucharczyk's third career Paralympic medal as she also won silver at the Rio de Janeiro Games in 2016.
Polish Deputy Prime Minister and Sports Minister Piotr Gliński took to Twitter to congratulate her and the other medallists on their performance.
Friday's exploits mean Poland has so far collected 23 medals at the Tokyo Paralympics, six gold, six silver and 11 bronze.
But one of the bronzes, won by visually impaired track cyclist Marcin Polak and his sighted pilot Michał Ładosz on the first day of competition in Tokyo, is clouded by doping allegations.
The Tokyo Paralympic Games conclude on Sunday.
