Polish, Czech gov’t ministers to hold talks in Prague

Polish government ministers are expected to discuss Russia's war against Ukraine and a range of bilateral and European issues with their Czech counterparts during two-way talks in Prague on Friday.

The talks, officially known as intergovernmental consultations, will be led by Poland’s Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and the Czech Republic’s Peter Fiala, public broadcaster Polish Radio’s IAR news agency reported.

Major topics include the international community's response to Russia's aggression against Ukraine and regional security, according to Polish government spokesman Piotr Müller.

Another key focus is energy and defence cooperation, he told reporters.
