The European Council on Foreign Relations polled citizens from 10 European countries on their priorities for ending the war.

For 9 out of the 10 countries, ending the war as soon as possible was the priority ("the Peace camp") - even if this means that Ukraine makes territorial concessions. For Poland, Ukraine's territorial integrity and justice/punishing Russia remain priorities ("the Justice camp").

The study also found that the Justice camp was more willing for their respective countries to welcome more refugees.
