Belgium’s Koen Martens came in runner-up, and the Czech Republic’s Martin Komarek finished third in the event, which wrapped up on Sunday.
Fourteen athletes from around Europe competed virtually because of health restrictions, each in their home venue.
The championship comprised six competitions: Underhand Chop, Stock Saw, Standing Block Chop, Single Buck, Springboard, and Hot Saw.
The highest combined score decided the winner.
Dubicki, 39, has a day job as a sawmill owner and he is also a volunteer firefighter.
